Seriously ppl are just DUMB, I'm not surprised they haven't been taking more advantage of.
Of course, you can't use this option if you use Skype to run a small business out of your home. Incoming calls from strangers can't be blocked. But any business using Skype as their phone tool is making a big mistake.

Beaufort, SC		 if you are using a telephone number for your business that is different. The spam is coming from your user name not a telephone number. If you block users that are not your friend telephone calls to your skyp in number will still go through!
