diagnostics page red X's

diagnosticspage red X's
I recently upgraded from dw6000 to hn7000s
pro plan and got a downgraded connection
In the Advanced Configuration and statistics
Advanced Menu/Diagnostics/Hourly History, I have red X's showing for uplink queuing
for all hours even during idle times.
I also have a red X for RTT in 8 of 12 hours
Does anyone have any Ideas of what might cause this.
My downloads are in the 100s and uploads 7 to 15

I see the same thing on mine today. Click on one of the red Xs to see which statistic(s) triggered it. It/they will be followed by the word "BAD".

I'm interpreting my red Xw to a couple of problems at the NOC; overloaded gateway server, and some unspecified HPEP server issue.

Thanks Grohgreg,
I wasn't aware of the other layer there. Triggered by uplink queuing, RTT.
Is there a section of this forum dedicated to advanced configuration stats

No other DSLReports forum discusses HughesNet, so it's this one or nothing. But the last version of firmware Hughes pushed over the satellite includes a diagnostic code reader. This is an additional diagnostic tool, over and above the already existing TX/RX Error Codes. The Diagnostic Code itself is displayed on the System Info page. The code reader is in the Advanced section under Diagnostics/Expert/General/DiagCode Analyze

I've been having LOTS of problems with unlink errors as well the past 2 weeks. Some days it's completely fine all day, some days it's down all day, and some days it's up and down constantly. Is anyone else seeing these errors? I'm on G16/1230

My understanding, as suggested above, is that uplink queing errors are likely the result of an overcrowded gateway and come because, in essence, you are waiting your turn, so to speak, for available bandwidth.

I have huge numbers of angry customers calling me
Variety of satellites
All complaining of upload bottlenecks
I haven't seen a Hughes upload test over 75 on ANY plan this year - excluding midnight to 4 AM MST

As Hughes seems to be increasing the extent to which they are overselling their bandwidth, it would appear that they are putting the squeeze on upload bandwidth to an even greater extent than download bandwidth. Perhaps, they figure that people are less likely to notice it on the upload than on the download side.

I'm luckier than most here on my small office plan. My downloads have remained consistent at around 1200 through virtually the whole day, but the place where I've seen deterioration in performance in recent weeks has been on the upload speeds. Until the last few weeks, it used to be that my upload speeds would be between 270 and 280 95% of the time. When they would drop, it would be to, perhaps, 225, and the drop would only last for a few minutes. For the last couple of weeks, however, I've seen my upload speeds for good parts of the day drop to the 180-220 range, and they are sometimes down to 150 or so. While that is still better than what most people are getting, it is a change from the way it had ever been before.

I don't know how much longer Hughes can go on with continuing to cram new customers into existing and already overcrowded gateways. If they can't start using Spaceway to meet a good portion of their bandwidth needs soon, it would seem that they are going to have to return to adding gateways to existing satellites (even though I'm confident that they won't) because it would also seem that there are a significant number of people who have been getting virtually unusable service and have been getting it for a good portion of the day.

Pro-Plus. Not too hot for a 1500/200 plan, but not so bad as you describe.
