[speed/latency] Quick question about my line?

Hey guys,
Can someone tell me how to read this line test i just measured: »/linequality/nil/2333294

Also, is there a link anywhere on the web that teaches you how to decipher what this means? From what I understood, it seems I have relatively low latency on my line. Thanks,
