Still no luck... apparently verizon is unable or unwilling to look up a list form their end as well. The only one i've found is Edmonds Ridge Apartments (in edmonds WA) in case anyone is wondering.

Verizon said that apartments have to be setup differently and since its so new to the area not many have it.

Many of them are probably being talked with the property owners. due to what it would cost and what VZ would have to do in order to bring it out to the neighborhood; especially getting everyone over the the system and hooked up or prepared to be hooked up all at once.

What they don't have Fiber to the home in Canada? And the highest speeds for Fios is 50 down and 20 up for $100 Us a month.
