user123 @bell.ca	surfing problem? hi i just got a new computer with vista and everything was okay for the first few weeks but now I'll be connected and when I'm surfing the web and suddenly web pages won't load but my torrents are still downloading 400kB plus and i can connect to msn. I'll have to disconnect and reconnect to resolve the problem. anyone familiar with this or know what i should do?
