If I were a Rockville resident, I'd do more than just wait. I'd ask the mayor and council what the hold-up is. Prior to the last election, Don Libes published the candidates' views on FiOS in Rockville. You can read their replies here: »libes.com/don/blog/2007/11/candi···eak.html
