dattrinh : I am having the same problem. I had DSL for years from pacbell. I was one of the first people to get it. Every year it gets slower and slower for me. My first year of dsl got me 2.0mbps...a few years later 1.4mbps ...then 1 mbps, now I am at 650kps. I have always had the 1.5 rate plan. This sucks...

NormanS : Could this be a "bit/byte" issue? Speed tests record their results in kbps, but downloads generally report kBps. 72kBytes per sec would be about right for a connection consistently hitting 700kpbits per sec.
--
Norman
~Oh Lord, why have you come
~To Konnyu, with the Lion and the Drum
