J'ai rarement lu un post aussi faux...

a) Oui les satellites sont régis par les règles de black-out de la NHL.

b) Il est possible pour les satellites de bloquer certaines émissions selon les régions, et ils le font.

c) Le fait que Express Vu et Star Choice soient pan-canadiens ne changent rien...
