Linksys wrt54g v8

having issues with this router. Picked it up today and turned it on. Network card saw it . Came back a few hours later and wlan light/power light are out. all 4 link and internet lights are on (nothing pluged to them.

Did a reset (45 sec). No go. As far as I can tell its dead. Any ideas. If nothing else its going back to worse buy tomorrow
