Hi Firefly,
Glad you are still happy with the service. I have ordered the Silver plan, at least for now. I also was scared by all the Hughes and Wild Blue stories; some sounded like nightmares that reminded me or hours I spent on the phone trying to talk to people at Dell many years ago, just so frustrating. Plus, I could not deal with the thought of a $250 service call to replace an LNB after warrantee, apparently a real possibility. Real people actually answer the phone at Skyway what has been nice so far. My only hope is that they have sufficient resources to stay in business and contine to provide good service since they are obviously a small start up company. Thanks for your comments. |
