[Philly] Comcast tower to have observation level???

Anyone know if the soon to be completed Comcast tower is going to have an observation level?

Considering it's the tallest building between the Mississippi and NYC, one would hope so.

It would be uber cool to go up there on a lat summer day after a cold front passes through, the views would be nothing short of breathtaking...

I'm not sure if there will be an observation level, but there are a few taller buildings east of the Mississippi. I think The Sears Tower and The Bank Of America Plaza are taller.
