Anyone having luck configureing the SunRocket Innomedia MTA 6328-2Re for CallCentric service? I have everything setup except it will not accept the CallCentric dial plan as an upload. Help!! |

| Have you tried emailing the support group for CallCentric ? They are quite helpful.
Maybe you are trying to put up some "wrong" chars in the dial plan? Try a simple dial plan first, can it be sent to InnoMedia? If so then keep trying to add one or two features at a time and upload. When it fails then you found the 'illegal' chars.....
I have an InnoMedia but it is locked to net2phone, so I can't try anything for you.

The upload feature on that device is disabled. You'll need to update the dial plan through telnet. The user manual for the device has the appropriate telnet commands. |

Tried everything including Telnet. Nothing would allow me to change the Dial pattern. I gave up & sold the unit AS Is.
