| Light Level
If you have had 4 ONT's you probably have a light issue. If/when a tech comes back out ask him to monitor the light level and call in to check the logs for your piece of equip. It's not common to replace the ONT 4 times - the fios tech in your area are new and may not be looking at the big picture.
Also, the actiontec belongs to the customer: you paid for it. You can even use a different router if you want, all you would need is a NIM to convert the cat5e ethernet cable to coax for the settop boxes. |
