No, and that's very interesting. Do you have any links for information about this? I knew it was but a matter of time. Once the subscribers let the ISP's drop the ball and let a few specialized commercial providers handle most of the traffic it was bound to happen.

I thought it was on here a few weeks ago. Just one newsserver company, but I'm sure they found the smallest one who will cave so they can get some caselaw going and go after the others.

all I can tell you is that nntp is a whole other ball game.
you can upload through frog/nym servers and be totally annonymous, and since the data is daysi chained across multiple servers cuncurrently over many countries it can be downright hard to get someone doing piracy.

SCREW the RIAA and their threats, they stole from the artists, steal from the consumers, get paid by the adverstisers and us and still they want and have gained control of ALL digital devices and OS's
