Hard to answer if FIOS will be available soon, but if you look at the second statement in relation to the first statement, I would be willing to bet FIOS is right around the corner, which is why your TW speeds have 'suddenly' stabilized.
I would also be willing to bet that if Verizon was laying Fiber in MY neighborhood, TW would make sure MY speeds would suddenly 'stabilize' as well.  |
