| at least you got your upstream power level below 55. I was having level at 60 during the day and at night it would run 58.5. after complaining and the techs not showing up for 2 appointments one tech got it down the 57 constant and said that it was within specs. At least I can connect now. When I called in I told the tech that the whole area is above 55 and running 59-60. Guess I will have to have a talk with their boss. He lives 2 blocks from me. I know that if he checks his levels and they are out of whack someone will be down real quick and get the lines fixed. |
