Its a little misleading.
The term 'Americas' is used vs. America
Which typically means North America (Canada/US/Mexico), Central America and South America.

Actually the article states North America...North America is Mexico,The United States, and Canada...Central America and South America are not included in these figures..

Valencia, CA		 The closest thing I see is a general broadband statement for North America and Latin America and a spreadsheet showing 'Americas' on the pdf document.
