This runs on the Motorola set top? Cool!

For years now, Scientific Atlanta was on the bleeding edge, with a partially open source PowerTV platform. Developers were writing interactive multi-player games which work great on SA set top boxes. From Buzztime, to Passport games, to Cablevisions iO games package, the SA Box has always been the leader in performance and features.

It's about time someone finally harnesses the hidden potential of the Motorola STB and writes some interactive games with full screen color graphics. For years the Motorola boxes have been littered with a clumsy low resolution dos/ windows 3.1 style interface, supporting only a a few on screen colors at one time.

Kudos to Verizon. Let's hope other providers get on the ball and polish the turd Motorola box into a piece of gold.

Hidden potential of a 6412? It is so well hidden, it isn't there!

These boxes are the ultimate POS!!! I have a 6412 from my local cable co, and if I actually had to pay for it, I wouldn't!
