One certainly has to agree with this statement

"If you browse any public forum such as Broadbandreports.com and others (including on our own PolicyBlog), it’s obvious that we do not disconnect the service of people who criticize us or our services."

If disconnects were based on the rants around this place, they, nor any ISP for that matter, would have a customer left.

Freedom of speech is alive and well here at BBR.
