| THEY Never Publish "Accurate Information"...
A lot of what is said on BBR that could be considered 'damaging information', is everyone simply echoing what they were told by Verizon's own employees.
(HMMM, why did my Telephone and TV suddenly go dead when I typed this????)

| theres not enough time in the day to write about crappy customer service these days, and they know it. What works is the volume of complaints,and that my friends, is alive and well at BBR!
