 Horrible Service and zero follow-up

My company uses Choice One/One Communnications for it's phone service. I inherited the contract from the previous person in my position. Choice One/One Comm. has zero regard for service or follow through of requests. We have called 21 times for service related issues in 9 months. Our issues were escalated to the branch manager and finally to their VP of Service. After threatening legal action and demands to break our contract with them, I was assured that the service would improve -- nothing has improved. We have had T-1 down issues. Simple account change requests are not taken care of after repeated calls. I have been told that they are inexpensive, I don't buy it, I have cross-shopped them with other larger carriers and they are at the same price point. Even if they were dramatically cheaper, it's not worth the aggravation. I will change the moment that I am able to and never come back.
