I'm about a mile from the Cox drop on 98 (at the edge of Oak. County) and I feel sorry for your problems.
Did you switch to DSL?
We can't even get EMBARQ's 3 meg service out here.
One of our show hosts has mediacom and he's had the same problem with crappy customer service.

| Call into customer support is still questionable about the type of service one will get. I believe that the forum members here more often than not provide better answers. Calling a CSR is necessary to the "infamous" truck roll if needed.
My Mediacom service has been quite good for some time now. I honestly can't complain about the quality for the last years or so. |
