Thanks for your input...

I've resolved my issue.

1. they wouldn't accept as proof their own receipt from their own company as "Proof"

2). They denied the HW was ever turned in.

3). after 60 days of this nonsense I took them to small claims court.

4). I won hands down, no if's ands or butts about it.
