| I doubt they're ever going to even do it while I'm here. It's a good thing I don't live here permanently, I probably wouldn't suggest it to anyone who even remotely thinks their internet connection is important in their lives. This company completely sucks.
They have however called me back on my issue since I initially gave my complaint 3 months ago, and have basically told me they can't do anything about it, and it's just a lot of users getting on and taking all the bandwidth. They said sorry, that's about it. It's complete bull.
