Your pings shouldnt be that high, have you called the helpdesk to see if there are latency issues? We can go through the basic troubleshooting to see if we can see if there is a line/network problem and possibly get that fixed for ya. Just asking since you leave no info about calling this in. -- Maybe if I work on my "accent"...I can keep a job! |

| Its not on my line its at the the hand off at the CO of who ever WS buys their bandwidth through. Basically oversold. One user bitching isn't going to get them to buy another DS3. I agree it shouldn't be that high but it does get that way. I would have to do some tracert's to see who the handoff network is but like I said I don't see them doing anything about it.
