Hahahahahahahahahahaha. Surely, you're joking. You want RealMedia et al. to become accountable for Trojan attacks? Monster.com can't even be bothered to be vigilant in that endeavor, and, unlike the above-referenced offenders, Monster actually provides some kind of service.

I'm of the opinion that those who profit from an act of commerce should behave in a responsible manner. I find their response facile and their efforts inadequate.
