Killingly is quite some time away. The lineup is dependent on the rebuild, and there is only so fast that can happen. So far, we have about 5 or 6 nodes upgraded in East Lyme, each one takes 1 or 2, good weather days. There will be a total of 240 nodes when this is complete. Simple math will give you 480 of the before mentioned "good weather days", of course, not counting weekends.

As for the lineup itself. Most of the kinks have been worked out, we should be launching it *VERY* soon to these areas already rebuilt, and then as areas are done in the future, they will get it immediately.

Sounds like even if we get perfect weather you will not be done for 2 years. I am betting Putnam is dead last on the list.
