If you go dining, try the Rittenhouse Square area. If you stay around there, Walnut stree, 18th street, you'll be alrright. I live in Center City for about 30 years and never had a problem. It's when you go into the neighborhoods without knowing that you run a risk although South Philly in the Italian section is pretty safe. |
