Splitpair Premium join:2000-07-29 Cow Towne ·T-Mobile US	Just a Question I had a new Covad pair run to the house by Speakeasy a year prior for their OneLink service but Earthlink is using the older, SBC pair and they wanted me to pay $50 to get it switched to the new pair. Are you referring to wiring installed in your home or the SBC outside plant wiring? Is there a reason you have a preference for the SBC wiring? Wayne -- If you cannot fix it with a buttset and some beanies you ain't a technician.

eric_n_dfw join:2001-10-22 Euless, TX ·EarthLink ·AT&T U-Verse	I'm talking about the wire from the curb to my NID. I'm saying that I wish they would try the one that Speakeasy/Covad put it for my old Speakeasy OneLink line as it never had any noise problems. The SBC pair I'm on now dates back many years to when I was still on Southwestern Bell/SBC for voice. (Actually, there's a 3rd cat-5 out there from Sprint ION too, but it's been dead since they went belly-up)
