My premium channels are not available and I have been on hold for 20 minutes, without having spoken with a real person yet. On top of that, I can't even find an email link to support on their webpage. People around here used to talk bad about RCN, but I never had this long of a wait on a Saturday morning. |

| Well, someone finally answered the phone after 31 minutes. He could not resolve my problem and scheduled a truck roll-out on Tuesday ~3:00-5:00 pm. The issue self-resolved later in the day, I am not going to call Astound back to cancel the service call as I don't feel the need to wait another 30-plus minutes. |

| reply to kenward1 So my daughter was home this afternoon and a CS rep called. He asked if the channels were still missing, my daghter told them that they were back on. The rep actually asked her why they were not originally working. Her answer to him was, aren't you supposed to know??? |
