hows cincinnati bells dsl these days

i switch to roadrunner last xmas and i am loving it sofar awesome speeds:)cincinnati roadrunner is now 9/512 i have 2 connects from rr one is 8/512 and other is 9/512. got them both by accident cause i ordered turbo speed and digital phone but they thought the modem i got coudln't handle 8/512 so they gave me a second modem for turbo speed so i ended up with 2 connections hehe. only problem is rr doesn't seem to handle torrents aswell as cb dsl whitch i had for 8-9 years.

I'm getting 5mb down and 768K up. Service seems stable enough after the first couple of months, when I had to call day after day to complain about poor speed and dropped connections. Once they finally moved my DSL line to another dslam port the problems disappeared; however it took weeks worth of bitching every day on my part to get them to move it.

I'd like to see more speed, especially on the upload side, as I use a VPN connection to my house when I'm on the road, and that's limited by the upload speed. I used to have RR, and their download speed was better, but the upload speed was worse. RR also didn't have a reasonably priced static IP address product, which is helpful if you are running a VPN.
