atleast if pitted against true fair use. basicly i mean if the MPAA where to go against someone making copies of DVDs for conversion to Divx but for self use only(such as a laptop for plane trips). could they have a chance to win. The MPAA & RIAA don't really care about "fair use" and they've bought enough CongressCritters to put their "don't care" into law in the form of the DMCA. |
