Lightning could be affecting power which is affecting the DSLAM, if remote. If you are indeed a direct feed from the C.O., it is possible that the crossbox, terminal, or section that is above ground could be getting affected. And FWIW, lightning does affect buried services. I've had to repair a few cables that were buried and had got burnt by lightning. Later... Mike.... |
