Why is anybody surprised that the laws of physics can't be broken? There is no way to make such a device that won't interfere with someone's reception. Just because the device thinks your television can't receive a certain channel doesn't mean your set can't. |

Banks, OR | Hmmm... this physics major has no idea what "laws" you're talking about.
It's alot easier to detect the presense of a signal (especially the ATSC pilot tone) than it is to receive one well enough to demodulate it and obtain the video content. |
