I don't see the "face icon" though, probably because I'm using a dark (black) background theme. It scared me, I typed in a word, it made a link, then I couldn't get rid of it, lol.....I also have mouseovers disabled, so I didn't see the words either.
EDIT: just saw your edit, I haven't got that far yet, I'll check it out.

Yeah, those "two dots" are what got me in trouble in the first place, lol....hmmm, I said to myself, what's this, and I clicked on them. What should I be "doing"? So I typed "help" just for funsies. Then I typed "online"....now it's STUCK THERE (along with "help" in my profile) and I can't get rid of it.

Is it supposed to pop up when you hover over your own name? It's not doing it for me on Safari 2 or Firefox 2 on Mac. Other popups are working fine. |
