USR 8054 Change to D-Link 624+ Firmware

WiFi834X4 : This works quite well!
I was a bit confused when I came upon the Dlink Revision numbers (Ax,Bx,Hx). I used the ROMs from the TW site for DI-624+ (Ver.A1). I first flashed to v1.15. Then I flashed to v1.19. Then I went to the UK site and downloaded v1.23 for Ax.

I was having some major issues with my USR8054. If you breathed the wrong way or looked at it funny it would flub out or simply disconnect and reconnect the LAN. This issue seems to have been resolved with the Dlink firmware.

Interestingly enough, I am also running with a Dlink power supply that I found on e-bay due to the fact that my USR8054 ate the one it came with.

If you want something better get a Buffalo and flash it with Tomato or DD-WRT.
<TABLE WIDTH=95% align=center border=0 CELLPADDING=4">
