 3web down in North Vancouver

Hi folks,

anybody else that has the same problem. My (normaly) good running 3web account (cable) is down since 7:30 am this morning. I do not get an IP address. I tried all the basic trouble shooting (renew, release, turn off,etc.)

Anybody else with that issue?

Thanks

@kpmg.ca

Mine too in the West End Vancouver, and my brother too in Coal Harbor.

I think it's 3web. My friends on Shaw are fine.

I'm still in queue to speak to someone- you'll never guess how long I have waited. 4 hours, 17 minutes. I'm number 3 in line so probably a couple of more hours.

I once waited about two hours and that was at 9:00 a.m. when they weren't having any problems. That's one of the reasons that I left.

LOL, that's just sad. Did they have some good waiting music tho?

It is sad. No music, just some British woman saying "your call is important to us, please wait on the line". Obviously not important enough to hire more people to answer the phone.
