Hi folks,
anybody else that has the same problem. My (normaly) good running 3web account (cable) is down since 7:30 am this morning. I do not get an IP address. I tried all the basic trouble shooting (renew, release, turn off,etc.)
Anybody else with that issue?

I think it's 3web. My friends on Shaw are fine.
I'm still in queue to speak to someone- you'll never guess how long I have waited. 4 hours, 17 minutes. I'm number 3 in line so probably a couple of more hours. |

Whaaa!?!??! damn! That's just too long, I've never waited that long with Rogers...

Ottawa, ON | I once waited about two hours and that was at 9:00 a.m. when they weren't having any problems. That's one of the reasons that I left. |
