Technology Bundle $11.05???

Chick join:2000-12-27 Waterford, CT	Technology Bundle $11.05??? I just got my first full bill after going digital HDTV and one of the items is Technology Bundle $11.05. Can anyone tell me what this is and is it a monthly charge. I can call tomorrow and find out from Metrocast, but the suspence is just to much.
