| DSL Extreme's dishonesty I have been a DSL Extreme customer for about 5 years. The service is adequate, but the company is rather unscrupulous. I recently found out that in the period of time I have been using them, they have significantly lowered their rates. That's a good thing. The only trouble is that they never informed me. When I called them about it, they immediately gave me the new rate, but insisted that it was okay to overcharge me before then because I did not know I was being overcharged. They therefore refused any refund. They did admit that they would have notified me if their rates had gone up! Find a provider that is less sneaky. |
