I am being told by Galaxy Voice that it can take 2 billing cycles if Sunrocket does accept the port request. Does anyone know about this. They quoted the fcc. |

Well this port request was started on June 22 ( the writing was on the wall)and it still isn't done. Who is to blame...
Sunrocket or Galaxy Voice. |

I would rather they tell me the truth. They only did it when I started calling to complain. they said it was pending until I said no it isn't I just looked in N-PAC ( I work for a phone company). |

Yaphank, NY | You should have heard the guy on the phone when I said that. he was speech-less and very apologetic. So far they are working great as a secondary line. It was very helpful having access to the same tools they have. |
