Even Comcast left their drop to my house for years after leaving them. I called a couple times asking them to remove it but they refused. Years later a very hostel Comcast tech showed up demanding to remove it, claiming "Cable Theft". Ya right, I was stealing their snowy, intermittent, down for days YugoCast. LMAO  No problem I said. I reminded him where the easement was and to stay off my property. "What about the house attachment"... he said. No problem. I grabbed a pair of wire cutters, cut and tossed the RG-6 into the alley. Waved by-by to him and YugoCast.
