| Re: bah Lawyers are catching on too. In a civil case, they find out if the defendant has a phone. Then they ask for the phone records... and if the records show the defendant was using a phone at the time of the accident, well, the case against them gets a lot stronger.
It's only a matter of time till insurance companies start doing this; If you are involved an an accident and you were using the phone the insurance company will declare you negligent and refuse to pay for your damage and injuries and only pay your victim.
