I have a contract for nothing and will never agree to a contract. I come from a generation that you keep your customers by keeping them satisfied. This keep your customers by obligation is a crock

San Francisco, CA		 here in Canada the local DSL provider(TELUS) gives American Express gift cards for signing a contract.
