Generally, the Azureus Wiki tracks "bad ISPs" when it comes to blocking P2P or throttling it. I'm sure if you google it you can find it.

And for the love of christ, use Peer Guardian or the uTorrent IP lists. You don't want Owen to have to call you

Since there are legal uses for bittorrent like Linux disros, video podcasts and large files like auto patcher.

I will point out if you have a router you will find many reams of web pages devoted to port forwarding.

I do only download legal stuff. I dont need to get in trouble at all I have 2 kids and would never do that. I do download responsible, If its copyrighted I dont download it I dont even use perrguardian or anything because I know I am not doing anything illegal. I mean you can believe what you want most people do download pirated stuff, but I wont. I was just wondering what happened to the trackers going off line but I fixed it. User error.
