If we switch to a year commitment...do we still get the advertised rate of $19.99 for 6 months...then $29.99 for the remainder...or is that only for new customers? I'd actually pay the extra $4.00/month...but I'd want them to give me 3 Meg service no matter what my distance is (well...whatever the system stabilizes me at anyway). I wouldn't mess with billing...I'd call Retentions right off the bat for this one.
