<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1167556"><b>chucklesjh</b></A> : I agree with you, at the moment, I'm trying to download the iPhone welcome video from Apple, its 173MB and downloading at 100KB/s max, and its zipped.  As soon as it hits 100KB/s, it drops down to about 75KB/s then fluctuates from there.  Where the hell is my 8Mbps?  I pay for RR Premium in the Mid-Ohio region.  I don't get anywhere near 8Mbps and can't stream a damn thing.  I only decided to download this video because it wouldn't stream from Apple's site.  I should be able to stream the large version with no problem, I could before they implemented this packet shaping BS.]]></description>
