As soon as it hits 100KB/s, it drops down to about 75KB/s then fluctuates from there. Where the hell is my 8Mbps? I pay for RR Premium in the Mid-Ohio region. I don't get anywhere near 8Mbps and can't stream a damn thing. I only decided to download this video because it wouldn't stream from Apple's site.
