Help with download.

About a year ago my "top service" dropped from 1200 down to 5000 down.
When this happened the first time, it "repaired" it self.

It has been a year since it dropped to 5000 approximately. It has not fixed itself.

I THINK it may repair the problem if I ordered the 10,000 down/1500 up. Again. Have you run into this problem?

I am getting Comcast Phone service on the this Wednesday the 20th of June.
They are sending a installer to get rid of Qwest and start up Comcast Phone service.
Can the Phone guy do any anything to get down load back to 1200?

·Comcast

Where are you getting your numbers and what kind of math are you using?

Drop? From 1200 to 5000?

Comcast does not have a 10,000 down/1500 up service plan.

8000/768 exists... if you are in the right area, 16000/1000 or 16000/2000 might be available...

Now, with PowerBoost, people are seeing some crazy speeds when doing speedtests... but it's just the PowerBoost.

After a few seconds - MB... the speed returns to the 6000 - 8000 service levels.

If you post in the Comcast Forum here, I'm certain some of us will try and help you locate and possibly fix the problem.

Sorry dadkins, 12,000 to 5000 avg. (My eyes are starting to go.) It effects everything not to mention my memory. (I thought this was the Comcast room...sorry.) Jim C.
