I take 800 IU's everyday per Doc's orders with my Calcium as it helps my stomach absorb the calcium. I have the early stages of osteoporosis. And I HAVE to drink lots of water also. It makes you sick to your stomach if you don't.
Once I was out on the boat and forgot to drink water after taking the pills. We had to come in as I was SO nauseated.
