I'm originally from Pennsyltucky. And I can tell you that everything north of Philly and east of Pitt may as well be Alabama. BTW, the condition of where you live is irrelevant. It could be paradise, but you couldn't pay me to return to PA. Your state government is run by a bunch of illiterate dumbasses who still think the year is 1940 and your fellow citizens are just as dumb because they keep putting the same illiterate dumbasses back into office.
