I see you have not been to Philly or Pittsburgh lately. That description easily applies to every city of every state. 
I doubt this will benefit Wilkes or kings college. Its an excuse to implement "safety precautions" by using wireless cameras to spy on John Q Public.

I'm originally from Pennsyltucky. And I can tell you that everything north of Philly and east of Pitt may as well be Alabama. BTW, the condition of where you live is irrelevant. It could be paradise, but you couldn't pay me to return to PA.
